
ISLINGTON COUNCIL ARTS AND HERITAGE WINTER FESTIVAL of LIGHTS PRESENTS
THE
LSO BRASS ENSEMBLE
On December 2nd the world-renowned LSO Brass performed a special concert for Islington. On December 3rd they flew to New York.
A programme of light and shade, changes in texture and volume: from the solemn splendour of the Venetian renaissance to light and jazzy vibes from the twentieth century. Gabrieli to Gershwin - a concert of sheer delight in the amazing architecture of the Union Chapel.
